Type 2 FK Shock Offset Plates
$30.00
The shock offset plates can be used on type 2's with narrowed beams exceeding 4", they allow you to reposition the front shock absorber lower mount to compensate for change of the arm position
This will provide the shocker enough clearance so it doesn't fowl with the side plate or lower rear side plate mounting bolt.
Laser cut from 6mm steel, these plates slide over the existing shock mount stud on the lower arm and are then welded into position
You will require a new 14mm bolt and spacer to remount the top shock mount (thread pitch and length vary depending on brand of beam and amount the beam is narrowed)
the original bolt from the top shock mount can be repurposed with the addition of a nut and washer to remount the shock onto the offset plate.
